Building success through Joint Venture Projects
Our portfolio also includes joint-venture projects with two large construction companies, namely “Garney Companies” from Kansas City, USA, and “Spiniello Construction” from New Jersey, USA.
For the Waugh/Garney joint-ventures, the customer was The Bahamas Government, and the scope of work included the following:
- The construction of 65 manholes and 15,000 feet of gravity sewer lines, including the replacing of existing lines, and the installation of new lines.
- The construction of a Sewer Plant, in Malcolm Park, on the island of New Providence;
- The construction of a 800’ deep disposal well for the sewer plant;
- The construction of two separate 250,000 gal holding tanks for the sewer plant;
For the Waugh/Spiniello joint-venture, the customer was also The Bahamas Government, and the scope of work included the following:
- The installation and/or re-lining of 30,000 feet of potable water mains throughout New Providence;
