Roads
We have laid miles of roads in The Bahamas. Our recently installed Hot Mixed Asphaltic Concrete Plant allows us to supply and lay hot mixed Asphalt Pavement. We have paved or rocked and sealed the:
- Treasure Cay International Airport
- Grand Bahama Properties Roads
- Exuma Island main road and seven miles of side roads
- Hawksbill Subdivisions
- Innotec Parking Area
- Eight Mile Rock roads
- The Princess By Pass road & circles
Demolition
We have overseen the demolition of numerous projects, including the Jack Tar Hotel, located in the West End settlement of Grand Bahama. This property was demolished and is now the newly renamed Old Bahama Bay. After demolition Waugh Construction was also awarded the contract for trenching and installation of electrical, water, telephone, cable, lighting utilities, and road construction for the resort.
Trenching
We have carried out many projects on various islands. Some of our more recognizable projects are:
- Royal Bahamian Estates, Water Mains Installation
- Exuma, The Bahamas Government, 20 miles of Potable Water Mains
- G.B. Utilities Force Main and Lift Stations from Lucaya to Waste Treatment Plant.
Pools & Parks
Besides infrastructure we have been employed to excavate numerous swimming pools for hotels, development sites, and private homes. We have also been contracted for the pavement of numerous park facilities together with tennis and basketball courts.

We are now the official Distributor in the Bahamas of Permastore Glass-Fused-To-Steel Tanks, for Potable Water or Waste Water Treatment Plants from 3,460 to 6,300,000 U.S. Gallons
